The Space:
Our expansive 7-bedroom, 7.5-bath retreat spanning 4,123 square feet, strategically positioned on the eighth hole of the Coral Canyon Golf Course. This private home is the epitome of vacation perfection, catering to family getaways, golf retreats, and memorable family reunions.

Main Level:

Master Bedroom: Enjoy a spacious master suite with golf course and pool views. The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and double vanity, and the adjacent laundry room is ideal for drying pool towels.
Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area: An open layout facilitates group gatherings. Accordion-style doors seamlessly connect the living room to the backyard paradise, offering stunning golf course views.
Backyard: Relax by the 10'x20' pool and oversized hot tub spa, or fire up the custom BBQ pit. The backyard features a sectional outdoor sofa, daybed sofa, chaise lounges, and a cement top outdoor table seating 8, all under the shade of a cantilever umbrella.

5 night stay with 15 people

Delights: Great Location-and close to everything. Large enough to accommodate my family Comfortable Beds TV’s and surround sound in all rooms was wonderful Private Pool and hot tub a plus Large tables for meals and games were great too! Concerns: Cleanliness- pool cement needed cleaned, master bathroom floor needed cleaned. Garage floor was very dirty, kitchen area-stove and counter needed cleaned Shortages and condition of Bath towel’s, hand towels, wash rags and kitchen wash rags and kitchen towels (had I known that this was something that wasn’t included I would have brought my own) Some of the fry Pans are wore out and need to be replaced. Shortage of large spoons and spatulas to cook with. Paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags ( there was only 2 squares of paper towels at the property) no Kleenex and no garbage bags (I was unprepared for this too) Fan above stove blowing instead of sucking. It took too long to cook meals until we figured this out and we had to turn off the fan while cooking. For the price we paid for this property we felt that the property should have been much cleaner, stocked with more and better towels, and had better kitchen cookware. I am not sure if this is an owner problem or a property manager problem? But these items should be addressed for future renters. Great property just needs a little work!

This was a great property. The communication was a little slow with the property manager, but overall, it was a fun home and I would stay here again with a large group.

Great part: The Views were beautiful, the hot tub and pool were quite warm and usable during the winter months, the space was great for a large group of people, they had 2 sets of washer and dryers, they had a few games like bags & arcade hoops, the sheets / towels were all clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff (Dave) was quite friendly and helped remedy our problems. That being said it did seem as if the office didn’t communicate with him that well regarding our issues and he had to make several trips / calls to fix the issues. Either way, he was a great help once everyone started communicating. Not so great part: The home was not cleaned well and was covered in dust like it hadn’t been rented for quite some time, the unit didn’t have a working microwave, we found a child’s T-Shirt in one of the rooms, the Wi-Fi instructions sent us on a wild goose chase to find the Wi-Fi box which wasn’t working, the upstairs back right bedroom shower head seems to need replacing, and 2 fire alarms were low battery and chirping our first night there.
