« J’ai aimé mon séjour a cet hôtel.
Par contre, ils m’ont chargé la chambre un 2e fois parce que j’ai passé par expédia pour la location. J’ai donc payé la chambre 2 fois. L’utilisation de Brooking est plus simple et ne cause pas ce genre de situation.
Comme faire pour me faire rembourser maintenant ??? »
