Come experience a little piece of Tennessee farm life at a beautifully renovated, spacious 2,000-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath guest house, privately situated on a picturesque 47-acre farm in historic Wartrace.

Wake up to peaceful views of rolling pastures and enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, while staying within easy reach of Bell Buckle, the Tennessee Whiskey Trail and Walking Horse country. With plenty of privacy and room to breathe, the farm is a peaceful home base for exploring Middle Tennessee—or simply slowing down and enjoying the countryside.

Inside, the guest house is immaculate, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. Three bedrooms offer a king, queen and full bed, and two full bathrooms include both a walk-in shower, bathtub and hair dryers. The master suite features a spacious walk-in closet with a dresser, hanging space and shelving. The additional bedrooms also offer convenient clothing storage, with closet hanging space, shelving, storage drawers and organizers. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a luggage rack and laundry hamper, making it easy to unpack, stay organized and feel at home throughout your stay.

The exceptionally well-stocked kitchen is a standout feature, with a high-end LG double convection oven, Frigidaire appliances, 3-compartment sink, extensive cookware, bakeware and utensils, food processor, blender, storage containers, and complete table service for eight. Whether you're heating up leftovers or preparing a family dinner, you'll find much more than the basics here.

Bringing your furry family members? Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. A flat $65 pet fee applies per stay, with a maximum of two pets. Additional pets may be considered upon request. Dogs must be securely crated whenever left alone inside the home, and may not be left loose in the house while guests are away. For your convenience, crates are available upon request at no additional charge.

Outside, enjoy beautiful farm views from the porches, dine outdoors on the covered back porch, or unwind in the evening beneath the warm glow of string lights. A large fenced front lawn provides plenty of space for children and approved pets to run and play.

If you're traveling with horses, on-site horse accommodations are available separately from the guest house. The renovated barn offers five spacious 16' x 16' stalls along a 100' x 18' center aisle. Each stall is equipped with its' own piped water, a swing-out water bucket, swing-out feed pan and hay drop from the loft above, making feeding and watering especially convenient.

The barn also features a wash rack, tack-up area, tack room, and comfortable lounge with kitchenette and bathroom. Guests renting stalls also have use of the 70' x 180' riding arena. Stall and facility rental is $30 per stall, per day. Guests provide their own bedding, hay and grain; hay is also available on-site for $6 per bale. Horse lovers will feel especially at home here. Wartrace is known as "The Cradle of the Tennessee Walking Horse" and is home to the Tennessee Walking Horse National Museum. Shelbyville and the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration grounds are nearby, making the guest house especially convenient for those attending horse shows and equestrian events.

There's plenty to explore beyond the farm, too. Spend an afternoon browsing the shops and enjoying the small-town charm of nearby Bell Buckle, tour Uncle Nearest, Inc. and Cascade Hollow Distilling Co., home of George Dickel Tennessee Whisky, or take a scenic drive to Lynchburg and the Jack Daniel Distillery.
