Żelazna Downtown Apartment is located in the very heart of Warsaw, near Złote Tarasy. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet and ideal for relaxation. It is less than a 10-minute walk from the Palace of Culture and Science, where visitors can go up to the viewing terrace and admire the beautiful panorama of Warsaw. The area offers countless cultural attractions, galleries, and museums, as well as Browary Warszawskie, making it impossible to get bored in this lively district. The neighborhood is full of shops (Żabka, Biedronka, Top Market, Carrefour Express, Nostalgia), cafes (Green Caffe Nero, Starbucks, Costa Coffee, La Lucy, Cofix), restaurants (Restro, Chmielarnia, Ukrainian Restaurant U Sióstr, RASOI, Pełną Parą na Siennej, Portobello), and service points. The location allows for convenient travel thanks to numerous bus and tram

The apartment is located in a tenement building constructed between 1925 and 1929. During the Warsaw Uprising, the building played a significant role, as it housed part of the command headquarters and quarters for insurgents. Numerous bullet marks visible on the façade from Żelazna and Chmielna Streets, as well as in the courtyard, serve as a reminder of the building’s wartime history.

Żelazna Downtown Apartment is a cozy space that includes a living room with a sofa bed and a comfortable double bed, two bedrooms with a single bed and a double bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment also features a desk, making it suitable for remote work or study. Guests can enjoy various amenities, including free WiFi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, kettle, and kitchenware. Guests may also use the public parking outside the building, although parking spaces are not guaranteed.
