The building is located near the extensive Bródnowski Park (1 km from the apartment) with many amenities, where everyone will find something for themselves. The area encourages activities such as long walks or cycling, thanks to many bicycle paths. At the same time, there are many restaurants, stores and services in the vicinity of the property, which cater to all daily needs. Despite its location in a quiet neighborhood, the location has great connections to the center and other districts of Warsaw. The nearest subway station Bródno is 600 meters away, and streetcar and bus stops are 200-400 meters from the apartment. As a result, it takes about half an hour to get to the center.
