No check-in information was given. Had to call them and it was clear they hadn't send anything as they got the booking website wrong. The room wasn't cleaned. Dirty towels. Internet disabled. Old dirty linens on the bed (color had washed off, holes, frays). Booked for 4 and only linens for 3. We mentioned the issues and were given access to another apartment a mile away. Had to figure out our own transportation. This apartment was in order. We also weren't the only ones, we recognized another family entering these other apartments who tried to access the original building and apartments ahead of us. So it wasn't just one apartment that wasn't prepared properly to accept guests. First time this ever happened and I spent a lot of times in hotels all over the world. Please avoid.
