Ursus is a dynamically developing south-western part of Warsaw, full of housing estates. There are also transport points nearby - the Warsaw Ursus railway station is 2 km from the apartment and Chopin Airport is 7 km from the development. The proximity to the centre means convenient and fast movement around the capital - it takes only 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport to get to the city centre.
