Although being 60 the stairs were quite a climb, especially coming from Florida where I haven’t used steps in years lol. Melanie was awesome and very accommodating. I would recommend staying there. « This property is tucked away on a quiet street with a beautiful sounding stream that runs through the backyard. Our family of four had plenty of room. The only downside was hearing the noise from the upstairs tenant during the night. We solved this with a simple sound machine app that we would use at bedtime and then we were fine. Would definitely recommend for a nice place to stay while visiting Cooperstown! »

« This was the perfect location for my mom and I to stay while my son was at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Just as advertised, it was 10-12mins away so we could easily go back and forth as needed. Frank and Lucy (the owners) were lovely and just the right balance of friendly/helpful while giving you your space. Clean, convenient and picturesque. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. »
