« Unfortunately, the host did not respond to questions i asked immediately after booking in a timely fashion which created a HUGE misunderstanding and unnecessary stress and conflict. Sent 4 messages the day i booked and one the morning of arrival and didn't receive a response to my specific inquiries until close to check in. Very disappointing experience. »
