Located at the back of the main house with its own entrance. The air-conditioned studio consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Nice garden views, side gate where bikes can be safely kept on site.

While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly.

We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.

Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.

The property is very close to the Wanaka Tree, lakefront and town.
Easy walking distance.
Cardrona Ski Field is 36 km from the accommodation and Treble Cone is 27.6 KM s.
The nearest airport is Queenstown, 63 km from Wanaka Deluxe Studio.
Guidelines for an enjoyable stay
• $50/ hour charge if you want a Mid stay cleaning (please let us know).
• Only booked guests are permitted to stay at the house, please inform us if you intend to have visitors during your stay.
• The use of the outdoor entertainment area between 10pm and 7am is not allowed as per the Council policy.
• We love sharing our house with others, but we ask that you please keep it clean and tidy for others by putting rubbish in the bins provided and taking excess away with you.
• All dishes used must be put in the dishwasher and pots and pan must be hand washed.
• Please remember to turn off electric blankets, lights etc when out.
• Guests will be charged an extra $25 per day for a baby - we can supply a porta cot if asked.
