Inside, an open-plan kitchen, dining area and two separate lounges give the whole group plenty of space to gather or peel off for some downtime. The kitchen comes fully equipped for serious holiday cooking, and the dining area flows straight out to the deck and BBQ area — perfect for long summer evenings outside.

Comfort is covered whatever the season: a wood burner and heat pump keep things warm and cosy through the cooler months, while air conditioning in both lounges offers welcome relief when the Central Otago sun turns up the heat.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out for families and groups of all shapes. The main bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with shower, while the second bedroom — also with its own ensuite — features a queen bed. A third room with a single bed and single bunk sleeps three, ideal for the kids, and a fourth bedroom off the lounge offers a queen bed and shares the family bathroom with room three. A separate laundry with washer and dryer, plus garage access, are both available for guest use throughout your stay.

Step outside to a sunny yard made for evening BBQ dinners, and you’re just a stone’s throw from a local public park — handy for letting the kids burn off some energy.
