3 SEPARATE LIVING SPACES

One of the best features of Ark & Creation Stay is the amount of living space.



The bright main-level living room features an oversized sectional, Smart TV, and an open layout connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas.



Upstairs, a second living area offers a couch, Smart TV, and board games—an ideal spot for kids, another movie night, or simply giving part of your group a separate place to relax.



The finished lower-level den provides a third gathering space with comfortable seating and another Smart TV.



For families, multiple couples, and multi-generational groups, having three separate living areas makes it much easier for everyone to enjoy the home.
