« Positives: The breakfast was solid and the king size bed was comfortable. The shower/tub combo, despite being dated, worked well and were clean. At check-in, the staff were friendly and helpful. Negatives: We couldn't tell if we were staying at a Quality or Comfort Inn as both brands were reflected in the hotel signage and at the desk. « I had read reviews about this hotel recently, say it was clean and looked new renovated. We stayed on the 7th floor, definitely NOT renovated. Dirty carpet, dirty lobby. The area had a lot of homeless people wandering around, street were dirty and I didn’t feel safe. The hotel room it self was quiet. We slept and left right away. Would never stay here again! »

« The breakfast was minimal, when things needed replenished , the one staff on site acted put out and only added items when asked. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. I pray our next hotel is as advertised. »

The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again! »

« Great breakfast 🍳 Complimentary cocktails and snacks at 5:30. Plenty of comfortable places to sit in the lobby. We didn’t take our pet because of the heatwave during the regatta, but it is very pet friendly. Walkable. »
