« Le sol et la chambre étaient très poussiéreux, la wi-fi ne marchait pas , il n’y avait presque pas d’eau chaude. Sinon bien placé, parking sur car enclos, les gerants sont très sympathiques et aimables. Nous y etions 2 semaines après l’ouragan qui a presque tout detruit y compris le toit de l’hôtel, donc nos critiques sont à revoir en temps normal »

« I really enjoyed my stay. I have read the other reviews which say odd things given that this is a hotel in a tropical region which just had a hurricane. The hotel was exactly what you would expect for a relaxed tropical experience. If you are looking for a resort that is antiseptic without any of the local flair then go there. « I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered. »

« The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . »
