Steps from Walloon Lake Village’s fine dining, boutiques, and charm—while not directly on the water, it offers quick public lake access across the street via stairs for swimming or kayaking (no lake view or dock).

We designed this peaceful cottage with your family’s comfort and connection in mind—a perfect blend of thoughtful spaces and charm. Gather in the spacious living room with cozy fireplace and smart TV, enjoy coffee by the fire, relax on the porch swing, or roast s’mores around the fire pit under the stars—there’s a place for everyone.

Step from the charming front porch into a welcoming main-floor living room with ample seating that flows into a fully equipped open kitchen and coffee bar. The dining area seats 10 across two tables. A bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom completes the level.

Slide open the back doors to a covered deck with gas grill, mini fridge, and picnic table, plus a fully fenced yard with fire pit, games, kayaks, life jackets, and paddleboards.

Upstairs is custom built for fun: the front suite has a king bed, bunk beds with privacy curtains, private bath, balcony, and ensuite coffee bar. Two more bedrooms—one with a king and private deck access, the other a kids’ dream room with bunks and tech touches—share a full bath and reading nook. Additional sleeping options include a day bed and sleeper sofa.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, full laundry, and a game room with a full-size arcade machine, board games, and ping pong table.

Walloon Lake access is across the road (stairs to water, no dock—best for quick swims or launching kayaks/paddleboards). The village sandy beach is a short walk away, and the public boat launch is just a block.
