🛏 Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2) on main level
🛏 Bedroom 2: 1 King & 1 Twin bed (sleeps 3) on main level
🛏 Living Room: Queen pull-out 4" foam mattress sofa bed (sleeps 2) on upper level

🚿 Bathroom 1: Full bathroom w/ stand-up tile shower and jetted bathtub. Located on the main level
🚿 Bathroom 2: Full bathroom w/ stand-up combination tub/shower. Located on the upper level

▪️ We welcome you to fully utilize all the stainless steel appliances (stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) to fix yourself a meal
▪️ All types of cookware and utensils are thoughtfully provided to ensure you're well prepared ahead for any recipes. Basic spices are also available
▪️ Wake up and start your morning the right way with a dedicated coffee bar
▪️ Spacious dining table seats 4 comfortably with an additional outdoor dining set up on the upper deck overlooking the ocean

▪️ Are you a huge fan of grilling? A propane grill is located on the upper deck
▪️ Fresh bath and bed linens are provided - save space in your luggage as you will not need to pack them!

🅿️ PARKING
▪️ Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles will be parked along the cedar planter boxes (highway side). Please be careful letting children and dogs out of the vehicle.

🏖️ BEACH ACCESS
▪️ Please do not walk through the backyard or back path of the property, as this would be trespassing on our neighbor’s land. Instead, access the beach by walking around the front of the yellow house. Then, head north (to your right when facing the ocean) and use the beach stairs located in the side yard of the grey house two homes down.

👂 POTENTIAL NOISE

▪️ Our property is located next to highway 101. Depending on your tolerance to noise, Bedroom 1 will be the one closest to that side of the home.

♨️ HOT WATER
▪️ The maximum temperature for our hot water has been adjusted to accommodate the filling and warming of our soaking tub. Please be very careful, as it's not advisable to only turn on hot water to wash hands or dishes. It's recommended to turn on the cold water first before the hot water and adjust.

⚠️ SPECIAL SEPTIC SYSTEM
▪️ There is no disposal in our kitchen sink as we're on a unique and special beachfront septic system to respect and protect our environment. Please avoid disposing of grease, toiletries, and anything that's not liquid/water or the system will get backed up. It's very costly to get it pumped. There are strainers in the kitchen sink to catch the bits of food to be disposed of into the trash can. Please scrape food from the dishes/pots/pans into the trash can, then place it into the dishwasher.

▪️ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that negatively impacts your trip

Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
