Stay relaxed at Rainshadow Retreat, a light and airy coastal townhome located in Bays Edge Townhomes in Waldport. Designed with natural materials, soft textures, and subtle nautical accents, this home makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile. With four bedrooms and three and a half baths, up to ten guests can enjoy time together here while still having plenty of room to spread out. The home’s fresh modern style, comfortable layout, and inviting atmosphere make it a great fit for families, couples, and small groups looking for an easy Oregon Coast escape.



The second-floor living space is open, bright, and welcoming, with large windows and high ceilings that maximize natural light and help showcase the surrounding setting. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a beautiful waterfall island, a large farmhouse sink, and plenty of room for gathering over meals, snacks, or morning coffee before heading out for the day. Nearby, the dining area and living room create a comfortable central hub for the group, with ample seating, an electric fireplace for cozy evenings, and a large TV for movie nights or catching the game. Step out onto the deck and take in views of the Alsea Bay Bridge and the town of Waldport, adding an unmistakable sense of place to your stay.



With four bedrooms spread across multiple levels, Rainshadow Retreat offers a layout that makes it easy to enjoy both togetherness and privacy. The third floor includes three bedrooms, each with its own TV and heat and air conditioning. The primary bedroom features a king bed, views toward the Alsea Bay Bridge, and an ensuite bath with a tiled walk-in shower. Two additional queen bedrooms are located down the hall, along with a full shared bath and a conveniently placed washer and dryer. On the main entry level, past the garage game space, guests will find a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and its own private bath. This room also has direct access to the backyard hot tub area, creating a peaceful retreat for guests who want a little extra separation. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexible sleeping space for your group.



One of the best parts of staying at Rainshadow Retreat is how easy it is to enjoy both the bay and town from this location. Bay access is just steps away, making it simple to spend the day kayaking, crabbing, clamming, or watching for harbor seals, river otters, and coastal birdlife. Just across from the complex, guests can also enjoy a round of mini golf at The Bonsai Course for a fun and easy outing close to home. The home is also close to Waldport’s local shops, dining, and everyday essentials, so guests can enjoy the convenience of a walkable stay in a small Oregon coast town. When you’re ready to explore farther, Newport is just about 20 min north for even more restaurants, attractions, and waterfront adventures.

Blue Pacific by Portoro (Portoro Homes) offers convenient self check-in. Check-in instructions will be sent by email and text prior to arrival with everything you need to access the home easily and on your schedule. You’ll also receive a digital Guest Guide for the home, packed with helpful tips, house info, and local recommendations to make the most of your stay.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If the home is ready earlier on the day of arrival, an early check-in may be available when confirmed with our main office. Late check-outs must be requested and confirmed by our main office prior to departure.
