Genuince excitement for the guest experience at the property and in the city. Quick to ask questions and to offer ideas. I've stayed at plenty of hotels where the staff was polite. « fav TOKYO RYOGOKU hotel is an hotel with good confort, beds, helping staff. Location is good with train station and supermarket at 5 mins walk. Only drawback is the lack of many breakfast option, small room and tiny lobby. »

I only stayed briefly, but the front desk staff helped me with getting my bags to my room, making sure everything was sorted for my stay, answered the questions that I had regarding an early morning check out, and I think that it was all a great experience overall! I would gladly stay there again to have a nice home-like stay in Hamamatsucho. »
