« It's a quiet and peaceful stay, perfect for a short getaway, the room is spotless, also we got everything we needed there. Tim and his little helper, the Rottweiler are so friendly and enthusiastic. Overall is nice, would give them a 10 out of 10! »

« There were two couples traveling. The home’s location was ideal, in a quiet neighborhood, up a hill with a beautiful ocean view. The hill does cause the driveway to be quite steep. There are also stairs immediately as you enter to ascend to get to the living part of the residence. Only mentioning that if you have issues walking or carrying luggage.The home was equipped with everything we needed, minus a BBQ, which would have been perfect out on the very nice deck overlooking the ocean. « The accommodation was clean, fresh and comfortable. I would of loved an ocean view but it was nice to hear the ocean. Parking was a bit of a challenge as there were extensive road works but we managed. One of the great things was the electronic lock which ment you didnt have the hassle of having a key. We would stay there agin. »

« Everything was great. The only thing I would say is the aircon is downstairs with the bedroom upstairs. Even with the aircon on full blast the upstairs stayed incredibly hot (It was a very hot weekend). I found the fan on the second night and that helped a lot. overall a great place to stay and I will be back. »

« We had a great experience right from the beginning the communication was great the place was lovely and was just what we needed for my hubby and I and 2 teens, location was great. Only thing that could be improved is the wifi very patchy and sometimes did not work at all but still 5 star stay, definitely recommend this place, and will stay again next time we are in Christchurch!!! »

« Clean space, lots of blankets heaters etc for when it’s cold and a room cooler for when it’s hot. Comfortable stay. Quite close to other bnb sites which I didn’t realise, no noise from other guests whoever so overall pleasant stay. »
