Enjoy a cozy stay at this 324 sq ft modern Ohana studio apartment in Maui, featuring a small kitchenette and private bathroom. This modern tropical-themed cozy studio apartment in Maui is perfect for a comfortable stay. With an area of 324 sqft, it features a small kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, skillet, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, and more. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment has large windows that offer views of the Mauna Kahālāwa or West Maui Volcano, also known as the W Maui mountains, and bring in the warm Hawaiian breeze. Respect Quiet Hours:
Please be mindful of your neighbors. We do not allow get together parties in the unit. Quiet hours are between 9 pm to 7 am -reduce your TV or Music volume.. If there is noise from an adjoining property. Let us know we will try to see if we can contact them to let them know. If there are roosters that are being annoying let us know and we will call a friend that likes to eat them and we will repurpose its life source to give it to someone who will cook a local style chicken dinner. We also have complimentary ear plugs if you need them for any reason.

Bugs & Pests
We live in a very tropical climate. Jurassic Park the movie was filmed in many parts of the island. You will experience seeing different insects and bugs during your visit. Geckos, large and small cockroaches, centipedes, scorpions, mosquitoes, different sizes of flies, seasonal gnats (not mosquitoes), a variety of ants, moths, beetles, cane spiders, crab spiders, praying mantis etc. This is a normal part of life here in Hawaii. Covering your food, putting it away properly and closing your doors right away is common practice in the islands.

Rubbish
This is not mandatory. We are struggling like most businesses to find good people to work. Our cleaners are essential workers and they have been through so much especially during the pandemic. They help us clean and serve all our guests to ensure a sanitary and safe room. They would greatly appreciate it if you have the time when vacating to remove any rubbish and throw it into the green dumpster to the left front of the building. Mahalo for your kind gesture and understanding.

Nice little place

Second-floor walk-up, twin beds. Very clean and cozy, all amenities were in good shape. The room is on a busy street, but road noise was minimal with the A/C on. Very good value for money.

Uncle Tony and his staff are incredibly helpful. The units are spotless and have everything you could need. The location is very central and a super short drive from the airport. The price is reasonable and they are super accommodating and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend staying at Uncle Tony’s. I hope to go back!

The area is in the old part of Maui so you need a car to get around. It is located near many nice areas and wonderfull beaches. Uncle Tony and the staff are so welcoming and efficient. They have a lot if beach stuff at your disposal chairs, cooler, small surf boards. Room was perfect and communication was excellent.

Fantastic local clean modern and convenient property. 5 stars to the price, the modern renovations, the communications and accommodations of the staff and uncle Tony. We extended our stay by a day and uncle Tony was able to find us another room downstairs. So helpful and so accommodating. Thanks. We will be back.

The units are very, very clean. Uncle Tony and the other employees are very nice and helpful. The little kitchenette is stocked with everything you may need, including plug-in skillets and griddles, coffee maker, cups, dishes and utensils. Located in an industrial area but very centrally located to airport, shopping. Price is comparable to low end hotels that are not as nice. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful room. Very clean. We met the owner/manager and he was great! Very helpful and friendly. There's a laundry facility with brand new machines on site. Only negative is the area the hotel is in. Bit rough.
