HEATING & COOLING

The Richardson features split system air-conditioning units in both living areas, bedroom 1, and the sunroom. Ceiling fans have been appointed to bedrooms 1, 3 & 4 and the outdoor patio. A gas fireplace is located within the main living area. There are two pedestal fans located within the home.

As the property is a two-storey home, guests will be required to climb approximately 20 stairs to reach the second floor. There are also two exterior stairs to enter the home.
