Luxuriously appointed, recently renovated 4 bed, 3 bath home in CBD
Jacaranda is one of the original homes of Wagga. Featured in 'Easy Outdoor Living', and 'Tiny Tasting Trails', this home showcases fireplaces, vaulted tin-pressed ceilings, bay window, sunroom and art deco stained glass windows. With recent renovations, including three new luxurious bathrooms (with heated towel rails and heat lamps) and stylish finishes throughout, it offers a unique stay for those families visiting the area, couples desiring a romantic weekend away, bridal parties and wedding stays, or professionals looking for a longer-term rental.
Located a street away from the Murrumbidgee River for afternoon walks, a 5-minute walk to the sports and arts/theatre precincts, as well as town centre for all your shopping needs, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home offers exceptional convenience, as well as all the luxury and comforts of home.
In addition, Wagga Base Hospital and Fitzmaurice Street are a few minutes drive away.
Jacaranda is the perfect base for those wishing explore the wineries, cheese factory, strawberry farm, chocolate factory, boutique shopping, aquatic centres and gardens of the region.
You can be assured to have all the amenities you need, with hand selected stylish furniture – including a hardwood dining table that seats 10-12 people, ducted heating and air conditioning, heavenly pillow-top mattresses, Nespresso coffee machine, free hi-speed Wi-Fi, two smart televisions, manicured gardens, a secure double lock up garage, as well as a few pantry items to help with your stay, you’ll be able to relax in style.
The house includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, including microwave, toaster, sandwich press, Nespresso coffee pod machine, electric frypan, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, ample cooking and baking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The house is also located close to great cafes and restaurants if you’d prefer to stroll somewhere for an evening meal. We do supply some basics like milk, a variety of teas, coffee, salt and pepper, and cooking oil. You are welcome to also consume the dry goods left in the pantry.
Laundry includes a washer (washing liquid, fabric softener) iron, ironing board and drying racks - again, all brand new appliances.
The front two large bedrooms have queen beds. One has an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has two king singles, and the fourth bedroom, a king size single bunk bed (with trundle if another bed is needed). . All have Slumberland heavenly pillow-top mattresses. We know the importance of a good nights sleep!
The children’s rooms are set up to be a play space. A reading area, with books, games and toys as well as a ‘hang-out’ area are designed to encourage down-time at the end of the day. There is also an informal living room for movies.
The formal living room is separate from other living spaces (with OLED TV) for some adult seclusion. All rooms open to allow beautiful breezes to flow throughout, or can be separated as needed.
The gardens are landscaped and the rear includes an outdoor dining setting for 10 people and Webber Family BBQ.
Guests have access to the house and garden areas, without interruptions from us - unless of course you request our assistance for extra towels or a mid-stay clean.
