The Coast House

Set above the beautiful sands of Porthcothan Bay, The Coast House is a spacious holiday home for up to eight guests, with uninterrupted sea views, a large enclosed garden and plenty of room for families and friends to relax together. Just a short walk from the beach, it's an ideal base for exploring Cornwall's spectacular north coast.



The bright and comfortable living room is the perfect place to gather after a day by the sea. Large doors open directly onto the patio and garden, where there's ample space to dine outdoors, play on the lawn or simply sit and take in the coastal views. The hot tub is perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery, whether you're soaking in the afternoon sunshine or watching the stars come out in the evening.



Step in from the garden to the spacious kitchen and dining area, designed for easy holiday living. The dining table provides plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together, while the well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetière and a L'OR coffee machine with milk frother. Outside, the Big Green Egg charcoal barbecue is ideal for relaxed summer evenings. A downstairs cloakroom with WC is also located on this floor.



The Coast House has four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. On the top floor, the master suite offers a peaceful retreat with sea views and an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath. The remaining three bedrooms are on the lower floor and each has an ensuite shower room. Two bedrooms are furnished with super king beds, one with a king and the other with a double. Every bedroom also includes a fan and hairdryer.



Porthcothan Bay is just a short stroll away and is one of Cornwall's most loved beaches, with golden sand, rock pools and excellent surfing conditions. The South West Coast Path passes nearby, offering spectacular walks to neighbouring bays including Treyarnon and Constantine. Beach cafés and seasonal facilities are all within easy reach.



A little further afield, you'll find the harbour town of Padstow, famous for its excellent restaurants, independent shops and boat trips. Newquay is around 20 minutes away for family attractions and surf beaches, while Port Isaac, Tintagel Castle, the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan all make excellent day trips. Whether you're planning lazy beach days, coastal walks or exploring Cornwall's picturesque villages, The Coast House is perfectly placed for it all.
