This quaint and charming home is located in a peaceful area of Sanger Heights. The 3 bedrooms boast comfy tuft & needle mattresses for you to enjoy a good nights rest. Cook up your best meal in the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the living room with farmhouse vibe decor. This home is equipped with fast wifi and private parking. It also has a very nice large back lawn to enjoy the outdoors!

The Space:
Sleeps 6 people. Each of the 3 bedrooms has super-comfy Tuft & Needle mattresses and the master suite has an attached full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator along with pots, cooking utensils and dishes for cooking up gourmet meals while you're in town. Large washer/dryer set will take care of your laundry. And the dining table seats 6! Off-street parking makes sure you don't ever have to fight for a parking spot. :-)

Sanger-Heights is one of Waco's oldest neighborhoods, and remains one of the most diverse and attractive locations in the city. From the tree-lined, historic Colcord Avenue to the award-winning "Street of Dreams" on 15th street, something exciting is definitely happening in Sanger-Heights these days. Go for a jog around Seley Park, grab a burger at the World Cup Cafe - voted Waco's best new restaurant (right on our boundary), or browse one-of-a-kind antiques at Show & Tell; there is something for everyone here in this unique urban village.

Getting Around:
It is within a few minuets of downtown Waco, but Uber and Lyft are also both available.
