    Brand new construction! King bed in two rooms, each with their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Twin beds in both secondary bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. Spacious for your whole group's trip to Waco. Quick drive down 5th St to Magnolia, Baylor University, and all things downtown.



    (All bedrooms are upstairs)

    You will receive a 4-digit guest access code before your arrival.

    Guests will have access to the entire house, including the four bedrooms (two with king beds and two with twin beds), 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, backyard, patio, and garage. We enjoyed our stay at the Green Retreat while attending Baylor orientation. The house accommodates a large group easily, is clean and decorated beautifully. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

House was beautiful and loaded with amenities. Very nice stay and will stay here again. Neighborhood is starting to improve with several very nice houses surrounding the property. We felt very comfortable and safe at this property and enjoyed our stay!

What a cute place! Brand new, very clean and plenty of room for 7 adultsWe had a bit of an issue with changing our reservation dates but Robin was very quick to respond and get everything sorted out for us. Will definitely stay again

Highly recommend! I’m telling all my friend’s who visit Waco and Baylor to stay here! The beautiful house and all furnishings were fresh and very clean. Beds are comfy. Nice street and neighborhood and conveniently located across from the zoo. Wish we could have stayed longer but only in town for one night. Host also promptly responds to messages!

Exactly as described in the listing. The things we loved the most was first, the cleanliness of the entire home the well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed, and the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The location was very convenient for our needs. All of this combined made our stay very enjoyable.

We spend the entire weekend in Waco for a girls trip. This house was absolutely adorable! Clean and well kept. The beds were all very comfortable! The location was great - very quick to get to downtown Waco and the silos. We felt very safe. We had no issues, but I reached out to the host to notify of something and they were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice new well decorated home. Plenty of space for a big group with lots of bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. There really is no downside to this home unless you are looking to be in a neighborhood where you can walk to things -this house is not that. But it’s a very short drive to just about anything you want to see in Waco.

Christmas Holiday

My family and I absolutely loved the property. We stayed here for the Christmas holiday. There was plenty of space and the home looked just like the pictures. Everyone enjoyed the space but the most enjoyment came from everyone being able to wake up together as a family on Christmas morning. We would definitely book again!!
