Charme de la ferme - Waco/Magnolia/Baylor

This renovated farmhouse sits on 13 private acres just outside the city, giving you that wide-open, slow-down feeling the moment you pull in. And yet, Downtown Waco, Magnolia Silos, and Baylor University are all just 15 minutes away. Best of both worlds, no compromises.

The Space
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and room for up to six guests in a home that's been thoughtfully renovated with farmhouse character and modern comforts. Every room is uniquely furnished with cozy, country-inspired touches that feel intentional, not generic.

Bedroom layout:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds

The Game Room
Air hockey, foosball, Pop-A-Shot arcade basketball, and a commercial-grade arcade machine loaded with classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Galaxia. Whether it's a rainy afternoon or a late night after a long day out, the game room delivers.

The Hot Tub
Available year-round. Say no more.

The Property
Thirteen acres of Texas land means space to roam, relax, and actually disconnect. There's a fire pit on the property for evening hangs (guests bring their own firewood), and the surrounding landscape gives the whole stay a genuine sense of seclusion you just don't find at most vacation rentals.

The Location
You're close to more than just Magnolia and downtown. Lake Waco, local golf courses, Waco Mammoth National Monument, Homestead Heritage, and the Brazos and Bosque Rivers are all nearby. There's no shortage of ways to fill your days.
