Summary:

Brand new construction! King bed in each room, each room has their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Spacious for your whole group's trip to Waco. Quick drive down 5th St to Magnolia, Baylor University, and all things downtown.

Welcome to Waco's 4th/5th St Corridor near Cameron Park! Tons of new new constructions and other short term rentals popping up all along these two streets. Super easy access to Cameron Park (the best mountain biking in Texas) & Cameron Park Zoo. Enjoy an easy drive straight down 5th St to Magnolia and all things downtown or cross the river and hop on MLK to head to McLane Stadium. In 2024, a short scenic drive along the Brazos River (University Parks Dr) will get you to every Baylor basketball game in the brand new Foster Pavilion!

It is a lovely house and our group of 3 couples was very comfortable there. The location is great. So close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen could use a few more mugs and glasses, but we got by just fine. We were pleased with the 3 master bedrooms. Very clean.

The home is beautiful and very clean. The host was easy to communicate with. I appreciated small touches such as kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes bath towels etc. The neighborhood is quiet. The only suggestion I have is to even out the driveway. Our vehicle is low and sustained some damage from the drive.

The perfect lodging for three couples. King beds with en-suite baths is such a luxury. The layout of the house is functional.Super clean and comfortable beds (the pillows were amazing). If we are ever in need of a place to stay in Waco, we will be back . Thank you!

Roomy Waco gem near Silos

Our Waco story unfolded at the blue retreat on fifth, a roomy sanctuary just 2 miles from the Magnolia Silos’ bustling shops and food trucks. Nestled in an up and coming neighborhood buzzing with fresh energy, the house offered our family, including my grandson Plenty of space to unwind after silos adventures. The garage, with it handy door opener was a god sent! parking inside felt safe and secure for our little one. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and tools made family meals a breeze. Our host was very responsive and made checkin effortless. We will definitely be back! This all made the blue retreat a perfect silo base.

Beautiful retreat for friends or colleagues

The property was beautiful, with comfortable beds, warm sitting area, and kitchen with everything we needed. Have three bedrooms that all had their own bathrooms, and even having an additional 1/2 bath was perfect for us as 3 adult women.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house! The decor was immaculate—simple, stylish, and free from any clutter, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the zoo and close to everything else we wanted to explore. We also loved that the house had three spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and we will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!

Cozy Blue Retreat!

We loved our stay at the Blue Retreat. The house is beautiful, clean and great location. We enjoyed that the house had three king bedrooms each with own bathroom! Huge plus for a bunch of woman traveling together. The home is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the fire table out back. Great location to the Silos and other restaurants and shops. We definitely will stay again.

We will stay here the next time we are in Waco! The house was perfect for our family of four with three en-suite bedrooms with king beds. The bed linens were soft and the mattresses were comfortable. The house was clean, communication with the host was clear and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was convenient for driving to Baylor and downtown. We Highly recommend!

Blue Retreat on 5th

I lived in Waco during 2000-2005 and loved staying at this updated property. Loved thag each bedroom had its own bath, plus a 1/2 bath, for all of us girls to use and get ready for our weekend. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Stunning and Spacious

We wish we could have stayed longer, but we’re just passing through on a quick trip. The house is spacious, beautifully designed and decorated as well as very clean. There were three adults and each of us had our very own bedroom with king sized bed, bathroom and walk in closet. We got to enjoy the gorgeous and well-stocked kitchen by cooking a meal one evening. Harris and Robin were both very helpful and prompt with any communication that was needed. Would absolutely stay here again! Enjoy if you do!

Great place in Waco!

The Blue Retreat was the perfect house for our weekend in Waco. Every room having king beds plus their own bathroom was perfect! The home was very clean and stocked with plenty of amenities. Will definitely be staying here again!
