The condo is located in downtown Waco and within walking distance of The Silo District and some of the best restaurants & shopping Waco has to offer. Activities around Baylor University like McLane Stadium, Texas Ranger Hall Of Fame & Museum, Texas Sports Hall Of Fame are easily accessible with a shuttle that picks up just two blocks from the building. If you are bringing children, we highly recommend the Mayborn Museum or the Cameron Park Zoo. We are also only 15 minutes to Waco Surf.
Our condo has everything you need to feel at home. A fully stocked kitchen, coffee makers, new appliances, comfortable beds, cozy living space and a great view of the Silos and downtown Waco.
Entire unit is accessible to guest except for one locked supply closet.
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. The one to the right as you enter the back door takes you to the 6th floor.
There is a queen murphy bed downstairs. Very easy to use. There is a full bath downstairs as well.
For Coffee - we have a Keurig Duo for which we provide pods, creamers and sweetener.
Games include two deck of cards, Yahtzee and Scrabble.
This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away, the bar (mostly on busy weekends) located behind the Behrens building and other noises associated with a downtown area.
