« A mon arrivée j'avais précisé que la note avait été réglée, pour payer les éventuels repas ou petits déjeuners, j'ai laissé l'empreinte de ma carte de crédit. Le lendemain de mon arrivée le montant du séjour a été à nouveau prélevé. J'ai eu des frais et le montant prélevé n'a pas été totalement remboursé...
