« Very clean, very exceptional help full staff, only does breakfast and there is no bar or pool its a travellers hotel, but very good, i had no trouble at all and found the staff outstanding »

« Aircon in the lobby was turned out but not effective enough to block off the summer heat. Close to a water theme park, the only attraction nearby for now. Otherwise a decent attempt to turn the area into a resort-like atmosphere for weekend getaways. The dinner buffet at the hotel lobby was great for the price too. »

« Right next door to exhibition Center which is great. It’s a typical chinese 5 star hotel with 3 star level of service. The gym had one recumbent exercise bike that didn’t work with no upright bikes. The pool was full of kids having a swimming lesson when I wanted a swim after a long day. Room very nice though. »

« Staff at the gate didn’t help with our luggage when we arrived and it was a little disappointing. However, all the other staff we encountered are generally very friendly and courteous. The hotel has lovely view over TengWang pagoda and lovely views of the city in the evening. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the pagoda. Restaurant is a little over priced. »

« Je souhaitais me reposer dans un grand hôtel, j'étais très déçu car le personnel parlait pas anglais pas un seul mot (au niveau du lobby pour boire un verre) impossible de communiquer. Comparé au Shangri-la Hong Kong, Bangkok et Kuala Lumpur. Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur au niveau du service. Le ménage dans les chambres est très approximatif. Les toilettes étaient très sales. Le wifi d'une qualité médiocre, des coupures et des coupures »
