Villa La Vie is located in the peaceful village of Garica, in the heart of Krk Island. Surrounded by a charming island atmosphere, the villa offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The sea and the nearest beaches are approximately 6 km away.



The villa offers 175 m² of living space and is set on a spacious 700 m² property. This wonderful combination of generous indoor and outdoor areas provides guests with plenty of space to relax, unwind and enjoy complete privacy.

Villa La Vie can accommodate up to 8 guests in four comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a double bed. The villa is fully air-conditioned, with individual air conditioning units in every bedroom and the living room, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout your stay. Each bedroom also features its own TV for added comfort and privacy.

Guests have access to four bathrooms and an additional separate toilet. Three bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth bathroom is separate and available to all guests.

The ground floor of the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room, as well as one bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor accommodates the remaining three bedrooms, offering beautiful sea views, along with three additional bathrooms.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for easy and convenient meal preparation. The spacious and bright living room offers a large, comfortable sofa and a TV, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and spending quality time together. An elegant dining table completes the space, providing a lovely place to enjoy meals with family or friends.



One of the villa's highlights is its spacious terrace featuring a 30 m² heated swimming pool with a salt electrolysis system for water treatment. Eight comfortable sun loungers surround the pool, offering the perfect spot for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying warm Mediterranean days.



* A security deposit of €400 is payable in cash directly to the villa owners upon arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, provided that no damage has occurred during your stay.
