« The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had breakfast ready for us when we wanted it, called to have bikes delivered for us, and asked if we needed anything else. It was close to the thermal pools and quiet part of town. We enjoyed our stay! »

They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks! »

« Petit hôtel très mignon, géré par un proprio très attentionné et sympathique qui a vécu de nombreuses années en Suisse avant de revenir en Equateur.
On est baigné dans une atmosphère très familiale, et on a le privilège d'être légèrement décalés de la rue, ce qui limite les nuisances sonores.
Rencontres avec les autres voyageurs facilitées grâce à la cuisine commune très pratique, toit terrasse très agréable également.
Petit déjeuner pas mal du tout, avec du très très bon pain !

« Excellent emplacement plein centre et à 5 mn du terminal terrestre. Très bon accueil, personnel très disponible. Les lieux sont propres et lumineux.
Un bémol : la chambre était si petite qu'il nous était difficile d'ouvrir notre valise.
Le lit était confortable, l'eau très chaude, la cuisine bien aménagée. Il est regrettable que les lieux et le réglement de la cuisine ne soient pas mieux respectés par les usagers ( nourriture non étiquetée dans frigo, vaisselle et évier sales..). »

Very safe location, I was able to walk around late at night without worries. The best part was the excellent service from the front desk staff. Extremely accommodating person at the front desk who was very responsive to our needs and gave a personalized experience. Modern style cabins with beautiful rustic location at the top of a picturesque mountain, from where you have an amazing view of the city both at day and night. Delicious homemade food, the warmest people, with high standard of quality and hospitality. The cabins have chimneys and the staff will set the fire for you if you need it. Awesome stay. I will definitely remember this cozy cabin forever! »
