« Broken A/C July 9th. Had to find hotel at 11 pm. However, reimbursement was immediate. Grateful! »

« My husband and I stayed at Travel Inn and Suites while in town to watch our grandson play ball. This is a basic, no-frills motel at a very affordable price, but we were genuinely pleased with our stay! Our room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable, and we both slept well. It was quiet, we had everything we needed, and best of all, there were no bugs! We really just needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep for the night, and this motel was exactly that. The gentleman who checked us in...

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« As far as the cleanliness, I feel like the room should’ve been cleaned when we arrived yet the beds were not made. They still had dirty blankets and the room itself was not real clean, but it wasn’t horrible either I love this place. I will say that I would definitely go back many more times it’s a cabin so it’s to be expected that it’s not going to be 100%. I just felt like when we arrived the bed should’ve been made with clean blankets and all rather than having to ask someone to come and do...

« Very charming little hotel in the heart of Jefferson Texas »

« It was a great. We had friendly neighbors. I would stay again for sure. »

« The cabin has a good location to access the water; however, it is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed the chairs and tables outside were covered with dust and bird poo. We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty. »

« Kieth and his family were especially helpful and very responsive, will definitely look at starting again. »

« Nice location, Clean & cozy. »

« Très belle chambre, très spacieuse . Personnel très serviable. Casino et restaurant au rez de chaussée. Je recommande »
