« Very nice house and large garden incl pool! Excellent contact, help and info from Stefania and Francesco! Big pool, bikes, table tennis, basketball hoop, bbq, pizza owen, multiple outdoor sitting/dining areas, car parking, electrical gates, etc. Wifi a bit weak and hot water for 8 persons showers needs to be distributed. The accomodation is well with large rooms, an full-equiped kitchen and outside it is really pleasant to rest on the terace or in the garden. « La maison est très isolée et le chemin d’accès est difficile mais la vue est vraiment sympathique. Mario est facilement joignable en cas de pb et très discret même quand il vient s’occuper de la piscine tôt le matin. La maison est agréable même si elle mériterait quelques améliorations pour être parfaite. Il faut savoir que vous êtes ici à min 15-20 min de route (avec plein de nids de poule) du centre de Bagnoregio ... le calme et la tranquillité se méritent ! »

« We had a wonderful stay with our three teens. The location was excellent for day trips to Rome and for seeing the beautiful hill towns. Grocery and restaurants nearby. The beautiful house, pool and grounds provided us enough space to be together and to also find peace and quiet when we wanted! « Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison conforme à l'annonce. Le jardin est grand et très agréable pour jouer en famille et/ou se reposer. La propriété est à l'écart du village, sans vis-à-vis. Une ferme agricole se situe à quelques centaines de mètre à vol d'oiseau et parfois les animaux se font entendre la nuit. Ca ne nous a pas dérangé cela dit, ca fait partie du charme. Seul bémol de la propriété peut-être : des cabines de douche un peu petites et une table et des chaises...

« Disappointing experience for us. House is moist, really strange lay-out. Low sealings in many rooms. Old furniture which is not comfortable. Bathroom dated, and not well maintained. Offensive art on the wall. Etc etc. on the plus, supporting staff really friendly. And location and view really nice. »
