This spacious vacation home offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms that all include 45” televisions. The master bedroom suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed, offering a regal night's sleep where you wake up to the beautiful surrounding mountain views! Take your freshly brewed cup of coffee right outside through the master bedrooms sliding glass doors and enjoy the outdoor furniture accompanying your bedroom suite. The en-suite master bathroom features a dual vanity, luxurious modern shower, and toilet room. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for families with a full-size bunk bed that sleeps 4 children (or 2 adults) and a pullout twin trundle bed which sleeps 1 more, providing a cozy and efficient sleeping space. But the magic of this space extends beyond the bedrooms. Our living room and game room are versatile areas for relaxation and entertainment. Need extra sleeping options? No problem. The living room and game room both have pull-out queen-size sofa beds and we also have a full size air mattress. We can accommodate a total of 10 guests on the property comfortably.

The game room, aka The Big Lebowski “Dude room”, features a pool table, Pac-Man machine, Playstation 5, and board games; adding an extra layer of entertainment to your stay. And for the ultimate in relaxation, don't forget to unwind in the hot tub and pool, taking in the breathtaking surroundings. You'll love this private space!

Guests will be given a security keypad code that must be entered in order to gain access to the driveway that leads up to the private residence. Private entry and parking for 10! Guests will have full access to the 3 bedroom home, the game room/ laundry room, covered patio, and full private backyard including: BBQ, fire pit, pool, and Jacuzzi.

The Vista Valley Hideaway rental team want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping an up-to-date and sanitized/clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available via phone, text, or messenger to answer any questions or concerns.

We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed, so do not plan to visit with us in person during your stay (unless there is an issue that needs to be addressed) - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Charming neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous mountain views and wine country. A serene and tranquil environment perfect for relaxation with its rolling hills, lush valleys and picturesque landscape. Take in the beautiful star studded night sky while lounging in our hot tub with a glass of wine. Golfing is available just down the street and neighboring wineries are a very short drive. Beautiful hiking trails to explore here. Centrally located near cities and attractions like Lego land, Sea World and Disneyland too!

*NO PARTIES/ EVENTS/ GATHERINGS. MAX OCCUPANCY observed on property. Limit of 10 guests MAX. Please do not book this property if you are looking to party as you will be asked to leave with no refund.
*Pool is heated April through Oct.
*Landscape Maintenance is scheduled for every Monday (8-3pm)/Pool Maintenance is every Tuesday approx. 15 min
*There is a rock quarry across the valley. They operate Monday-Friday 6:30-3pm. The sound is very dull and low but guests sensitive to sound should consider accordingly
*There is plenty of parking along our spacious unpaved driveway leading up to the home and it is secured by our private security gate.
*Quiet time is at 10pm (music off, voices down)
*Please do not disturb neighbors
*Bringing pets? There is an additional fee of $50/night per pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool but you are free to keep them close to you in the pool area.
Also, this property is not fenced and is surrounded by wildlife (i.e. coyotes, rattlesnakes, etc). Please take precautions with your pet and never leave them unattended outside. Please see our welcome guide inside the property for tips on wildlife encounters. Pet bowls in bottom kitchen drawer near oven, must curb your pet, any pet damages will be charged to renter.

*If wanting early check-in: $50 early check in fee. Once fee is paid we will send access instructions early. Please note: *early check in is not guaranteed and we will only send an early check-in fee request if the unit is ready for you early. Regularly scheduled check-in time is 4pm.

*Docusign Rental agreement must be signed for insurance reasons in order to gain access to the property.
* Fire Pit: Have fun with your family around our fire pit exchanging stories and maybe even make some s'mores! Remember to use caution and make sure children are supervised when in use. Fire pit gas use is monitored and guests could be charged for loss of propane if left unattended for extended periods of time.
*Uniqueness factor: Pool is made custom from a shipping container! It is a great way to cool off in the summer months, and available for use all year long if you want a cool dip in the winter. Please note the pool is heated to 78 degrees during the peak season (April through October). The Vista Valley Hideaway resort fee covers pool & spa maintenance, cleanings, and propane for fire pit use. If there is ever an issue with the pool/spa/fire pit we can refund you this $50 pool/spa/fire pit resort fee.
*Guests arriving after dark: Twin Oaks Valley road is not well lit (due to no street lights). Proceed slowly with headlights on. Address is posted at the entrance.

** If you book via VRBO and need to cancel you will be refunded according to our cancellation policy minus any banking transfer fees.

Cameras/Devices:
*Smoke detector - We will be notified if there is smoking inside the unit ($200 fine)
*Minut – sound detection at high decibels – We will be notified at 85 decibels during regular hours and over 70 decibels during quiet hours. If it gets very loud you will be notified too. We cannot hear what is being said, just measured sound decibels.
*Exterior Cameras- facing the driveway, facing the front of the building, at entry/ doorbell camera, and the side of the home- audio & visual recordings activated by motion sensor and in place for safety measures.

*At time of booking I may ask for a $250 refundable damage deposit (refunded upon passing inspection post-checkout)**

*Special note after the COVID-19 Crisis:
Protecting each other’s health and safety is very important to us. We are doing our part in keeping our vacation rental as safe as possible to prevent any spread of any disease/illness. With the current concern over the coronavirus, we have taken further precautions. We have always made sure each room is clean and safe for the next guest and we will continue to do so.
