« Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. « This property is awful and clearly hasn’t had any maintenance or investment for a long time. The place is very dirty, full of health hazards and our entire room flooded after running the shower - the maintenance man (who I think is also the cook and the cleaner) spent almost an hour mopping up the mess. Terrifying to go in the lift as it had all sorts of cables exposed. Stay away! »

« Room wasn't ready upon arrival even though the arrival was slightly later than the actual prescribed check-in time. Some room amenities were missing like slippers. Room service food menu is below expectations - even though online food delivery apps delivered other items from their own restaurant, which room service wouldn't. »

« Fantastic stay. Location was great if need to access city, can get taxi easy, rooms clean and good working AC. Bed comfortable and all staff helpful. Was there for a 2 week stay and will be back. The food was perfect and traditional Indian taste and roti was nice. Keep it up! »
