« Electricity in our room was not working. The room was not checked before we checked in. We could not open bedroom windows to get fresh air, since bedroom was small and not fresh. There was a weird sound in the room like tık tik tik. İt was coming from the floor or wall woods. We could not understand the source but it was disturbing in the middle of the night. It was a small noice but disturbing in the silence of the night. »

« Il y a un certain laisser aller dans cet hôtel . Les repas sont servis normalement jusqu’à 14 h mais si vous arrivez à 13 h 30 l on ne vous sert plus . Le réassort de bouteilles d eaux ( pour lequel l on paye un supplément journalier ) n est pas systématiquement fait , j ai dû en demander à la réception plusieurs fois . Une fois ma chambre n a même pas été faite !!! Le personnel de la réception est par contre très réceptif aux demandes et mets tout en œuvre pour aider . Nous avons séjourné...
