« Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything about the hotel itself was great.
My only concern is the unexpected charges to my card. While we were staying there, there was an attempted charge of about $170 even though we did not order room service or purchase anything extra. They said they didn’t know why. My card was locked at the time, so the charge did not go through. Today, after my card was unlocked, the hotel charged me $38.

« L'hôtel est très bien MAIS attention au parking. Il est annoncé comme " libre " par l'hôtel sur le site de hotes.com. On peut donc s'attendre à trouver un parking de stationnement. Que nenni il s'agit uniquement d'un parking sous-sol à 30 $ la nuit. Vous êtes simplement libre de payer si vous voulez vous garer. « Appreciate the attentiveness if the staff. I had left my jacket in the shuttle van that took my husband to the airport. I had to fly without it, but the hotel staff were able to retrieve it and hold it until I returned 5 days later from my trip. »
« Good location if you’re looking for a spot downtown. The Hilton wasn’t as nice compared to others I’ve stayed in. Biggest issue is parking if you’re driving there. The only options were valet or city parking. We tried city parking at first but we ran into issues, so ended up doing valet. »
