« My parents stayed here on vacation. We live in the neighborhood. We wanted to get something close to us. They had an excellent time. You can't beat the location in history of this building. My parents had everything they needed and the apartment was very clean and cute. Additionally, the owner was incredibly kind. He was around to make sure they had everything they need and told them a little bit about the history of the property as well. We will definitely be having family stay in this location...

« Cat was the best host we’ve ever experienced! She communicated with us immediately and followed up with any ?’s we had. Can’t say enough good things. The house met our needs perfectly- 4 teenagers and 4 adults. It is 1 mile from the athletic center and easily walkable to beach, restaurants and shopping. The house is nicely updated and comfortable. It is 3 stories but the elevator was perfect for luggage etc. Thank you Cat! »

« This place is very cool and the photos definitely are accurate to the property listing. Very beautiful location. Unfortunately we had to leave our stay after less than one day due to an environmental issue at the home. I hope that the owners will have this fully taken care of so other guests do not deal with it. I was also a bit disappointed on the amount of time it took them to respond to the issue initially. « My cousins and I spent our first ever cousins weekend getaway at “Hook, Wine and Sinker” and had the best time!! Sarah was extremely responsive during the reservation process and super helpful with tips about the area! The house was perfect for our stay and it was unanimous amongst 11 women that we would stay here again if in the area! Thanks for being a great hostess! »
