The fully quipped kitchen also includes microwave oven, large toaster oven, coffee maker, and full size refrigerator. Also included is a washer/dryer. This suite has custom finishes such as Bamboo wood floors, ceilings fans, crown molding, custom tile work, and wainscotting. The Bedroom and Living Room each feature wide screen smart TV's.

This property has 2 vacation rentals. The outdoor kitchen, deck, private back yard, and hot tub are shared by all of the guests

This vacation rental has a large bathroom, spacious living room and a large kitchen with counter and table seating.

This well appointed and comfortable vacation rental is located on the ground floor.

The bikes are available from April 1 - October 31. Due to the litigious nature of people now days a Waiver of Liability forms must be signed and initialed by all adult users on these bicycles. Please upload the Adobe Fill app onto your device so that you can complete the form and send back to us. We ask that you send us your email through vrbo when you are ready to use the bikes. We will then upload the form. Pages 2 and 3 have spaces that require your initials. Each blank line must be initialed. The last page requires your signature and other information. Your initials and signature are to be provided electronically. Once you are done, upload it to us and we will send you a code for the bike locks. Each person will need to complete the form and upload it to us.
Guest access
Our beachfront community is a popular one. It is busy with visitors enjoying our beaches, restaurants, and all of the entertainment offered on the Boardwalk and along Atlantic Avenue. The area has many parking garages and some private parking lots. There is also metered parking along many of the streets. Some of our guests prefer driving or walking to the attractions and restaurants. As a life-long resident of the area, I recommend using a bicycle. Its how locals get around the area and we have provided them for you to use free of charge. Its fast, easy, parking is not an issue, there are no parking fees to pay, or parking tickets to pay for and best of all the exercise is great. Please feel free to bring bikes with you if you want your own bicycles but be certain to also bring locks for them too. Additionally, our bikes are available from April 1 - October 31. While on the property your bikes can be stored in our gated side-yard
Other things to note
We welcome you to enjoy your vacation with us but please note that your Host and his family live on the property. Our neighborhood is also a residential one with many year-round residents and families that have lived here for years.

There are some activities and behaviors that we cannot tolerate. The following things are strictly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate removal from the premises without a refund and a poor write-up to Airbnb. Those items, activities and behaviors that are prohibited are listed as follows:

1. Parties or Parties
2. Unauthorized Guests
3. Excessive Noise
4. Weapons
5. Public Drunkenness
6. Misuse of the Property in Any Way
7. Disrespectful Behavior to Host/Host's Family, or Other Guests or Neighbors
8. Inappropriate Behavior of Any Sort
9. Smoking inside of the rental (feel free to smoke outdoors)

Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside of the property but we have cigarette buckets along the exterior as smoking is permitted outdoors. Maximum setting for Air Conditioning is 71-degrees. Maximum heat setting is 76 degrees

We also have free bikes too but a Waiver of Liability form will need to be initialed and executed by all adults that will be using the kayaks (minors are not to use kayaks). If you would like to use this equipment please message me with your email address and names of all adults that will be using it. I will send the agreement to you by Docusign. Once you sign and initial in all of the spaces provided and the completed form is sent to me I will then provide you with the lock code to unlock the bike(s). Please take your lock with you as unlocked bikes tends to disappear and they are expensive for the guest to replace
