Take a morning stroll along the shoreline with a steaming mug of coffee as dolphins and seagulls bring the world to life—no alarm clock needed, nature will wake you gently. The low-key life of our coastal village awaits you at this family-friendly condo, located just one block from the ocean in Sandbridge Beach. Spacious and airy (over 1,700 square feet), A Dolphin’s Run is beautifully decorated with palm trees and wicker accents. It boasts a spacious primary suite with a jacuzzi tub, along with an in-ground swimming pool and off-street parking (note: no elevator). The condo is fully furnished with all the amenities you need to make your vacation dreams come true. Enjoy a large TV in the great room and LCD TVs in each bedroom for entertainment, while the gourmet-style kitchen—with tile flooring and maple cabinets—offers a chef’s dream setup. Central air-conditioning ensures comfort throughout your stay, and though the TV options are plenty, nothing rivals the view of a Sandbridge sunset from the deck. A Dolphin’s Run is the place where memories linger long after your vacation ends. We look forward to welcoming you soon! These little pieces of paradise book quickly, so be sure to make your reservations early! Things to Know NO Smoking. Smoking any substance is not allowed anywhere on the Seaside Condo premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas. There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. Brand new couch for the living room. Pictures on site reflect the new couch. Please, no smoking on the premises!

The property was clean and in a great location to the beach. The master bedroom was well equipped with drawers and closet space.The one bedroom has a Murphy bed but no drawers for clothes. Even adding some hooks on the back of the door would be helpful.The kitchen has everything you need as far as appliances and utensils. However there is no foil, napkins or paper plates, salt, pepper etc. so as an fyi to bring your own. The property is very nice and we had a great experience!

Cozy & Great Location!

We loved the close proximity to the beach and the spaciousness of the condo. It was very cozy!! Every bedroom has a balcony which is amazing. It is on a busy street so it was loud while sitting on the front balcony at times. You cannot hear the traffic noise inside however which is good. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook a meal! And there’s alot of seating. The mattresses slept very well but the bed linen’s could be improved. They were a little thin and stiff. From the description we thought one bedroom had a queen bed and a twin, but it’s actually 1 bed with a trundle, so just fyi. The condo was very clean but it smelled of onions all 4 days we were there. We opened the sliders to let fresh air in and ran the ceiling fans on full blast but that didn’t remove the smell. Also, I would suggest replacing the tub/shower caulking during off season. It’s mildewed. On a positive note, it was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit and a few detergent pods were included. We loved the cocktail pool too! Overall it was a great spacious condo with easy access to the beach and we will stay again. We felt very comfortable and safe here.

Plenty of space for all the guests. Comfortable beds and accommodations. This was our family's second stay. An easy walk to the beach! Nice neighborhood.

3 rd isn’t a charm

This was our 3 rd time at this condo complex and the first 2 times were amazing. 3 rd time not so much. Started out bad when we arrived around 9 pm on Saturday and we called to let Vacasa we are going to have a late check in , I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and that our check in packet would be in lock box, not a problem. We then pick up packet and drive to our condo dolphin run 304 D . We’ll that’s where the fun begins, I open the packet and no key just instructions how to enter the unit not the outside door. We have 2 small children keep in mind. So we call Vacasa and we’re giving instructions to text or email the help line. Yes you heard me right text and email the help desk not a hotline to help us at 9 pm with 2 small children. So we text and email and we’re told we weren’t doing something right and that the door should just open with code or they would not respond at all. This went on for 2 hours until the night maintenance guy ( very nice man came in his pjs to help us. And by the way he didn’t have a key either he used a screwdriver to open the outside door. We thank him and he told us that he would return in the morning with a key and he did. We enter the unit and the floor is all sandy and the refrigerator is dirty and in one of the bedrooms my son found Swedish fish gummies on the floor. Safe to say the place wasn’t cleaned very well. Same routine texted and emailed hotline was told an hour later will send out a ticket to have it cleaned. They showed up late afternoon to clean next day. In my opinion we will not be returning to this place if Vacasa is the management team. Very sad when we paid over $4000 for a week should have stayed at a hotel next time.

Dolphins Run was perfect for our family of 5. It is super convenient to the beach! We enjoyed the community pool when coming in from a beach day. The condo has wonderful seating for games, meals, and gathering at night. It is well stocked with kitchen needs. We’ll definitely consider going back!!!

Lovely stay!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed this condo! Close walk to the beach, pool at the complex was perfect size for kids to cool off after a day at the beach. Maintenance came within an hour when needed for a minor appliance issue. You could even see a small view of the ocean off of one of the decks!

Spacious Condo

We were very happy with the condo. It was vary spacious for my family of 7. It had everything we needed, was close to the beach and we surprisingly didn't feel on top of each other being in a condo. The place was very clean and not far from the beach which was perfect for us.

Week at Sandbridge

We had a lively 3 bedroom condo, a block and a half from the beach. We lived using the pool after being at the beach all day. The place was very clean and was accessed with all the necessities in the kitchen. The only downside to the week, we had a maintenance issue regarding a toilet that needs to be addressed. They were notified on Monday and on Saturday at check out it was still not addressed. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great location and the condo was excellent for our needs. The only downside of our experience was lack of responsiveness by the property management company when we had a maintenance issue.
