Oceanfront 3-BR boardwalk condo w indoor pool!

*NOTE: Pool Renovations are underway and expected to complete before Summer 2026. The pool will be unavailable during renovations. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect this unavailability.*

Relax and create memories at “Ocean & Palm,” a 3-bed, 2-bath CORNER condo with OCEAN VIEW! Enjoy an indoor pool, gym, and (1) designated parking space. 2 King beds, 1 Queen, and 1 Twin, and living room couch pulls out for a fifth bed. Coffee pot & complimentary coffee or try local coffee shops close by. Sample fresh seafood within walking distance, hire fishing charters, parasail, jet ski, or try the museums. On season (June-Sept) bookings are only Saturday to Saturday, weekly rental.

Please note that during peak seasons there are many events and festivals happening nearby. We assume most guests are traveling for these events. Please research what is happening during your stay before booking!

NOTE: There is a ring camera on the front door that faces into the public hallway for security. Please be aware that the camera swings inward with the door when entering and exiting the condo unit.

Special occasion? Whether it’s an anniversary, birthday, or just because, we can create a specialty basket to surprise your guest(s)/family upon arrival. Please message us with the occasion and we can send you special occasion package options!

This trip was an early Christmas gift to our family. The location was perfect. The location was quiet - off season - and very comfortable. The Balcony facing the beach was terrific. (The other 2 balconies face the parking garage.) The washer and dryer were not located in the condo. We never did find them, but I believe they are located somewhere on the same floor. This property only allows for the parking of 1 car, otherwise there can be a charge for additional vehicles.

I took my parents and 2 teens for a quick getaway over Labor Day weekend. Very easy to check in. Host was super nice and communicated with us about the whole process. Place is clean and has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation and the views from balcony was breathtaking. Thank you Maria.

Pros - Beachfront - easy access to beach and Atlantic Ave. Great view from living room balcony. - Quieter end of the beach and strip (when there are no events)- Trolley stop across the street - Always nice interactions with other neighbors and guests at Dolphin Run (including the security guard at front desk) - Nice/newer furniture inside unit in most rooms - Kitchen nicely stocked- Huge and Comfy Lovesac couch and master bedSo- So- Pool area is ok. No upkeep but nice to have access to on rainy days- Very Clean building and unit but moldy, musty showers w/ weird smell Cons- Bedrooms are facing run down parking garage. Find another unit on a higher floor if you desire sun and privacy. - You’re on your own. We sent the host 3 messages asking general questions (ie how to turn on TV)…she never responded. She did send us entry/exit info but just didn’t acknowledge or respond to any messages from us after we booked. - Smart TVs were fine because you can stream live tv and other services but seems like the cable was out on the 2 older TVs. - No secured internet access. We found a guest access by chance for - Dolphin Run but the one supplied by the host was never available. Maybe connected to cable TV issues. We used our personal hotspot for work.Overall, we would recommend Dolphin Run condos but not this particular unit because of the host’s lack of courteous response/unprofessionalism, internet/TV issues and the garage facing bedrooms not mentioned.

Good unit and location but there were a few issues1. The TVs never functioned. We never were able to get cableStreaming was limited to apps we downloaded and logged intoThere were ten wires from the tv in the living area hanging on the wall2. The washer and dryer are in the hall shared with all tenants. The listing sounds they are in the unit3. The decks in each bedroom overlook the parking garage and we’re ugly and noisy4. Great beachfront condo!

My family really enjoyed our time at the condo. It was very clean and included sheets, towels, and most kitchen tools! The owner was extremely responsive with my question, and she explained everything so well beforehand that I only had one question! The location is perfect -- 2nd floor with a living room balcony that faces the boardwalk/ocean. It is also close to the heated saltwater indoor pool. The waterpark in the pictures is not part of the condo.

Perfect for what we wanted

We visited with a multi-generational family group of 7. We wanted something right on the beach and also close to activities, restaurants, etc. There were limited options for a group that size and Maria's place was perfect. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch dolphins, fighter jets, and all the activities on the beach, as well as have easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and everything along Atlantic Avenue. We didn't have a car and were able to get everywhere we needed - including grocery shopping - by walking and using the beach trolley. The place came with boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and beach chains, which all got used. And the young people could walk to the amusement rides and other activities in the evening. We also did a lot of cooking at home, and it was equipped for our needs (although missing a can opener). Maria was also communicative and available as needed. Highly recommended if that's what you're looking for.

It was super easy to check in and we loved the location- it’s right on the beach but towards the south end so it wasn’t as crowded. We ran into a problem with construction on the building and Maria was so helpful and accommodating. I would 100% book this property again on the future

Great location and comfortable stay!

Myself and my two adult kids stayed for a week to celebrate my youngest’s birthday! This unit was comfortable and allowed us good relaxing down time when we weren’t out and about! In addition, the kitchen had everything I needed to fix my son’s favorite dinner! The beds were comfortable, and there was enough seating in the living room. I used to own a vacation rental in south Texas, but this was the first time I’ve ever stayed in a vacation rental myself. We had a pleasant experience and appreciated everything Maria did to make our visit memorable!

We booked this for 5 people but due to last minute health issues only two of us were able to come so there was a lot of space for us. The bedrooms are all very nice - linens and pillows etc all great and beds comfortable. The living room would have been cozy for 5 of us but if the weather is nice the balcony really adds to the overall space. The view is great and you are right there and it is very easy and convenient to access the beach
