Coastal Sunrise is an upper-level duplex and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a separate private and secure entrance. The home is also just three short blocks from the lively Oceanfront Boardwalk and easy access to the Virginia Beach Conference Center, local dining, and other attractions!

Relax and experience the comfort of a new home, with fresh furniture and linens provided for your convenience. Coastal Sunrise is bathed in abundant natural light and centrally located at the corner of 22nd Street and Baltic Ave, making it the perfect base for your beach escape!!

Ideal for families and friends, this vacation home accommodates up to six guests and offers two new bathrooms and a convenient laundry center—all on the same floor for a cohesive vacation experience. Enjoy ample private off-street parking, so you can leave your car in the private lot upon arrival and explore everything within walking distance, including restaurants, the beach, the Virginia Beach Conference Center, the new Sports Complex, boardwalk, nightlife, and charming cafes.

Coastal Sunrise strikes the perfect balance, offering proximity to attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. If you require more space for a larger family, consider exploring our lower-level duplex, Sunset Soiree, also newly remodeled. Rest assured, your host is local and readily available if needed.

RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Fines beginning at $500 may be applied for smoking of any kind in or near the property.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.

4. All houses are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests agree to take responsibility for the home, report damages and cover expenses via personal payment or pre-purchased travel insurance.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. PETS are NOT permitted at this property.

8. Parking: Off-street parking is provided for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, Located beside the house. Curbside trash pickup day is Tuesday morning. Please put trash can on curb on Monday evening for Tuesday morning pick-up and return trash can from the street after pickup.

11. Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.

Refunds: Your 50% booking fee is nonrefundable (unless you purchase optional travel insurance and your cancellation is approved).

Fantastic house for a first-time VA Beach Visit

I’ve never been to VA Beach before, so I planned to come for a couple days to celebrate my mother’s birthday with some family members. First off, the host provided us with some of their favorite spots, which was incredibly helpful considering this was my first time here. It definitely helped with planning her birthday dinner! The beds were incredibly comfortable, helping us with getting a good night’s rest everyday. The house was very clean and homey! Not to mention it’s a straight shot to the beach. Just barely a 10-minute walk and you’re at the boardwalk! This a definitely a great location to book in case you want an easy time going to the beach without thinking about parking. They also provided beach chairs and towels, which came in handy (very light weight so I had to problem carrying them). During our stay, the AC went out (wasn’t the host’s fault—things happen). I messaged them and the response was IMMEDIATE! One of the hosts came to the property ASAP to assess the problem—incredibly nice and professional! I’ve already decided that I’ll be back and will rebook this same Airbnb. My only suggestion is that they keep non-degradable food items like spices available (salt, pepper, etc). This truly was a picture perfect stay in my opinion!

great location

Overall stay was great. the location is nice, very close to beach and boardwalk. The only con was noise from being on the main drag leaving town, but it was tolerable. thanks again.

Concert at Veterans Home Loan Ampitheater

Primary goal - concert. CHECK! 20-30 minute drive to Ampitheater, depending on traffic. Apex - indoor acrade. CHECK! 15 minute drive.Also wanted a place so everyone had their own room and we could walk to beach, shopping, and restaurants. CHECK! Place was spotless and comfy.

Nice property, great location

Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and activities. Property had nice sized rooms with comfortable beds. Lots of closet space, fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer in one of the two bathrooms. My only complaint is that you need to enter a name and email address each time you connect to the WiFi.
