You’ve put off that beach vacation for far too long, but now’s your chance to treat yourself - this brand-new condo sits just steps from the sand, and features all new furnishings and decor. If you don’t want to venture far, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance, with all the attractions of Virginia Beach a short drive north. Shared amenities at the condo complex include a zero-entry pool, gym, and grilling stations.

Outside, you’ll find a private balcony with partial ocean views, accessible both from the living room and the primary bedroom. Grab a seat on one of the rocking Adirondack chairs for morning coffee or evening cocktails and get comfortable. Inside, you’ll find a stylishly furnished, open space, boasting hardwood floors and lots of natural light. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and the gang can dine together at the adjacent table for 10. After a day at the beach, the oversized sectional in the living room and streaming-capable TV offer the perfect opportunity to relax, but if you can’t agree on a program, no problem - each bedroom features a TV as well. More perks of this lovely condo include a private washer/dryer, free WiFi and free cable.

Things to Know
Charcoal grilling stations and picnic tables are located on the west side of the building. The charcoal and supplies are not provided.
The parking garage has a height of 6 foot 4 inches.
Streaming is available using your own accounts.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Do not move furniture between rooms.
Elevators are available in the building.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage.This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
