Welcome to The Ocean Walk—new 3BR 2.5 bathroom coastal townhome is just 2.5 blocks from the sand! Walk everywhere: the beach and boardwalk, ViBe District, and the Brand new Atlantic Park venue + the DOME just 1 block away! Designed for up to 8 guests across 3 levels, this pristine retreat features a bright open-concept living space, fully stocked kitchen, two private outdoor decks, and a private garage. Fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs are included.

The Space
Spread out across three spacious levels! Guest must be comfortable climbing at least 1 flight of stairs.

Ground Floor Entrance: Features a private attached garage—ideal for secure parking and storing your surfboards, bikes, and beach gear.

The Main Gathering Space (2nd Floor): A sun-drenched, open-concept living and dining area that flows directly onto a private deck. Kick back on our plush sofa and stream your favorites on the Roku TV after a day in the sand.

Fully equipped Kitchen (2nd floor) with full-size stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with bar seating so your group can easily cook and gather on your own schedule.

3rd Floor:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed plus a Twin bed with a Twin trundle underneath.

Primary Suite / Bedroom 2 and Full Bathroom: Featuring a Queen bed and an attached en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity. Please note this is a jack and Jill bathroom style. This bathroom is shared with bedroom 1.

1st Floor:
Bedroom 3 & Full Bathroom: One premium Queen bed next to the first floor bathroom with a shower.

(Note: There is a convenient half-bath on the 2nd-floor main living level.

Please Note Before Booking
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A secure door code will be sent to you 48 hours before your arrival for seamless, contactless entry.
Guest must be comfortable with climbing at least 1 flight of stairs.

Traveling with a large group? We own 4 neighboring townhomes! Message us to book multiple units and sleep up to 36 guests together.

Guest access

Private keyless entry through the front door via our keyless smart lock system or garage keypad.

Your Door Code: A unique, personalized entry code will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Contactless Check-In: Arrive entirely on your own schedule anytime after 4:00 PM. Your code will remain active for the duration of your stay and will expire right at your 10:00 AM check-out.

Parking & Garage: Space for 3 vehicles, 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. A detailed map of parking will be given upon booking!

Other things to note:
Summer 2027 we will provide 2 beach chairs and a beach cart
We require a $200 damage deposit hold, this goes on the card 48 hours prior to arrival and unfolds after checkout should major damage occur.
We strongly suggest trip insurance as we do not provide refunds for weather.
1. No events or parties. $500 fee and immediate cancellation.
2. No outside guests on the property, not accounted for on the original booking. We understand there are circumstances when friends or family nearby want to join you at the beach please message us.
3. 3 cars per booking and all cars must be parked in the driveway.
4. Please do not take our bath towels to the beach. Please bring your own beach towel.
5. No smoking, should the house smell like smoke of any kind we will be involving airbnb for damages up to a $500 fine.
6. We do not accept local bookings, guests must be over the age of 25 to book
