A Beach Oasis has a fresh new look with its freshly painted exterior—it's looking better than ever!
This spacious, family-friendly six-bedroom beach house offers a two-level floor plan with multiple living areas, a large private in-ground pool, a dock perfect for fishing and crabbing, and bay access. Plus, it's just a short walk to the beach via the path directly across the street! With its comfortable and functional layout, A Beach Oasis is ideal for large families or groups vacationing together.
On the upper level, you'll find the great room, which opens up to the kitchen and dining area. The space is bathed in natural light thanks to plenty of windows, and the beautiful wood plank floors add to the beachy charm. Mealtimes are a breeze with two dining tables, countertop seating, and a well-equipped kitchen. After dinner, relax on the plush couches and enjoy a movie on the large wall-mounted LCD TV. The upper level also includes a full hall bath for convenience, three king bedrooms (one being a main suite with a private bath), and a kid-friendly bunk room with two twin/twin bunk beds.
The ground level is packed with fun amenities, including a game room with a large-screen TV, billiards table, foosball, and darts. There’s even an extra table perfect for card or board games. Just off the game room is a full-size refrigerator for extra food and drinks, making it easy to grab a cold beverage or snack while hanging out by the pool. This level also features two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and a bunk room with a twin/double bed), a full hall bath, and a laundry room for added convenience.
Outside, hours of fun await in the in-ground pool, where you'll find plenty of lounge chairs, shaded areas, and even a TV for outdoor entertainment. The dock offers opportunities for fishing and crabbing, and you can spend time exploring the beautiful inlets and canals of Back Bay. In the evening, relax on the west-facing decks and take in stunning sunsets.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
