The living area offers a large TV, perfect for a fun evening watching family favorites, Netflix (subscription not provided), or catching up on the day’s events. For hours of entertainment and friendly competition, enjoy the foosball table located in the living area. Step through the sliding glass doors onto the balcony and soak in the stunning sunsets over Back Bay.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a large pantry, and ample closet space, making it perfect for the chef in your group to whip up gourmet meals with local seafood.

Retreat to the main suite, featuring a private bath, luxurious bed, TV, and spacious walk-in closet. With plenty of room for all your essentials, the main suite also has a private entrance to the balcony—ideal for enjoying an evening cocktail or savoring morning coffee while listening to the soothing sounds of the surf and the gentle “Summer Breeze.”

Bedroom two is furnished with a large queen bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle, ensuring everyone has a comfy place to sleep. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
