Please note that our occupancy limits are set in accordance with city regulations (3 guests per bedroom) rather than available bedding. Please check the listing further for bedding options. If needed, air mattresses are available to rent upon request to enhance your stay.

Our two-car garages are designed to meet building limits for two standard vehicles, with limited additional parking available in the parking lot. If you plan to bring more than two vehicles, please notify our office at least one week prior to arrival to discuss parking options.

RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Fines beginning at $500 may be applied for smoking of any kind in or near the property.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.

4. All houses are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests agree to take responsibility for the home, report damages and cover expenses via personal payment or pre-purchased travel insurance.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. PETS are NOT permitted at this property.

8. Parking: Off-street parking is provided for 4 vehicles; 2 in the garage and 2 in the lot. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the end od the lot. A service comes and removes garbage weekly.

11. Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.

Refunds: Your 50% booking fee is nonrefundable (unless you purchase optional travel insurance and your cancellation is approved).

Well-appointed units and excellent location with parking. Had a maintenance issue but John the maintenance lead was excellent. Pleasant, quick to arrive and he went out of his way to make sure things were addressed as quickly as possible. The only issues were that the property manager phone number in the VRBO listing wasn't accurate and there wasn't a walkthrough done prior to our arrival which would have caught our air conditioner issue prior to our arrival. That being said, things happen and they responded well. Overall a good value and experience.

What made this place was the location and the roof rooftop. The house was also extremely nice and very well maintained. Will definitely come back in the future.

Very nice, new townhome near great restaurants

Townhouse is new, clean, and has lots of space for large groups. We had 7 in our party. The rooftop is a nice place to hang out and gives you a view of the ocean. We recommend 2 restaurants right next the house - El Giardino (Italian), and Scrambled (small family run hole-in-the-wall with great food and drinks). House is also close to the beach however if you don’t want to feel crowded go left or right a hundred yards or so because that section of the beach gets extremely crowded (public parking for the beach is near the house). The house provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrella (I think) but we didn’t use them because we brought our own.Overall we enjoined our stay there.

Location is both good and bad. 2 blocks off the Beach is great. The road noise is horrible. Hard to sleep with drag racing cars and motorcycles until 3am. Plus on Saturday night we had a person on a motorcycle high revving their Bike to build back pressure and then it makes a huge explosion sound. They were going around the area doing this at 2:30am. I assume this is a local who doesn’t like the tourist. 13 times until they raced away. The kitchen is not equipped with the correct sized pans for cooking for larger groups of people. Also no storage containers to store leftovers in. There are a lot of stairs at a fairly steep angle so make sure everyone is capable of navigating stairs well. Make sure to bring additional towels with you as they don’t provide many. Having a garage and additional parking spots was a plus. They gave us the incorrect door code so when we arrived we had to deal with getting the correct door codes from them. Also a note, The F18 Hornets from the close by airbase while we stayed fly all day long at low slow training speeds and are also very, very loud. The bedroom we stayed in had a mattress that you would sink into, had to sleep on the floor 2 out of the 4 nights their. Might not be an issue if you like that type of bed. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. They did provide some beach towels.

Awesome property

This is a modern, well presented property that was well suited for 4 work colleagues.It is in a great location, close to the beach, attractions and restaurants.Our host replied quickly to all of my ccorrespondence .
