■ Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for $200 initial heating fee then $100 per day November through March. Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note that heating times vary based on outdoor temperatures — we recommend requesting heat for the day before your arrival so the pool is ready when you get here.

■ Spa heating is included in your stay. It takes about 45 minutes to reach desired temperature. Please plan accordingly and allow time for the spa to heat up!

■ Parking: The garage is not available for guest use. Ample driveway parking available.



Camera Disclosure: For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located around the home. Cameras monitor exterior areas only including the pool and do not monitor any interior spaces.
