The space
The house is open concept with lots of natural light. Kitchen is easy to maneuver and includes all necessary cooking utensils and dishware. Large fenced in backyard and covered porch with porch swing provides the perfect space for kids to play and for summer BBQs. Washer and dryer on the first floor provide ultimate convenience, and the sunroom on the front of the house is the perfect spot to relax. AC units in all bedrooms and dishwasher in the kitchen.

Please note, there is a year round tenant occupying a basement apartment with separate entrance.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all your necessary cooking supplies including: pots & pans, microwave, Breville toaster oven, Vitamix, air fryer, KitchenAid mixer, electric kettle and soda stream.
A Google home located in the kitchen provides easy voice command for outdoor lighting, music and weather.
The property includes fun and safe kids activities including: enclosed trampoline, slack line, swing, basketball hoop and sports net.
Enjoy our new outdoor shower with rain head and shower wand illuminated for evening use.
We have lots of board games and art supplies for downtime at home.
